Return Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must initiate the return within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Please email info@xtremecanopies.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and refund. Include your order number and reason for return—we'll respond promptly with confirmation and return instructions.
- You may also call our customer service team at (513) 703-0023 if you prefer to initiate the return by phone.
- Once approved, carefully package and mail the item back to the address provided in your RA confirmation.
Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been installed, used, modified, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling charges.
Exchanges
If your item is in like-new, unused condition, you may exchange it for a different size, color, or configuration (where available). You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Specialty / Custom Products
Please note that custom-built canopies, modular components marked as "non-returnable," or items specially ordered/manufactured to your specifications are generally not eligible for return.
